Your order will be processed within 2 to 3 business days (on holidays, it will automatically be postponed to the next business day).
Pre-order shipments:
Please note the shipping time indicated on the page. Pre-orders are not shipped immediately after purchase, and delays may occur. In the event of a delay, you can contact the customer service team to receive a small gift.
Delivery times depend on the shipping warehouse (there are only two warehouses):
1) Warehouse in Germany: 3-7 business days;
2) Warehouse in Hong Kong: 18-23 business days. Orders shipped from the Hong Kong warehouse are first sent to the warehouse in Germany and then forwarded to you. No tracking number is provided after shipment from the Hong Kong warehouse. The corresponding tracking number for the order will be sent to you after shipment from the German warehouse.
As soon as your order has been packed and is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping notification from us including the tracking number, allowing you to track your package.
Please note that orders are not processed or delivered on Sundays and public holidays. It may take 1 to 2 days for the tracking link to be updated.
ATTENTION:
1) For products with a pre-sale label, delivery times depend on the information provided on the page; please check before purchasing whether these delivery times are acceptable.
2) Due to unforeseen circumstances, the estimated delivery date may be delayed. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
3) Once the package has been shipped, the customer will be notified of the shipping status by email. Customers can also track their orders using the “Order Status” button.
